CEI Builders’ Expertise on Display

CEI Builders served as the general contractor for this complex renovation, bringing its specialized gaming & hospitality construction expertise to the forefront. The firm’s team managed all aspects of construction delivery, including coordination of mechanical system upgrades, interior finishes, and workflow sequencing in an operating hotel environment.

  • Full interior remodel including sound-dampening windows and enlarged bathrooms

  • New HVAC, plumbing, furniture, carpeting, and custom closet systems

  • Modern guest amenities including 50-inch televisions, mini-fridges, in-room coffee makers and additional comfort features

  • Enhanced finishes throughout guest suites, improving aesthetics and functionality 

This renovation — the largest update to the North Tower since 1999 — was completed on time and on budget, with rooms opening incrementally to guests beginning in August and full availability expected by early September.
